Eine starke Story? Ein attraktives Programm? Eine eindrucksvolle Location? Alles nicht ganz falsch. Noch wichtiger allerdings sind die Teilnehmer! Denn ohne G\u00e4ste gibt es kein Event und keine Emotionen. Also sollte man die Anmeldung am Event so leicht und barrierefrei wie m\u00f6glich gestalten. Wir bei livewelt nennen das: Digitales Teilnehmermanagement. G\u00e4ste k\u00f6nnen sich schnell und bequem online registrieren und werden gleichzeitig mit den wichtigsten Infos rund um das Event versorgt. Wir erkl\u00e4ren, wie digitales Teilnehmermanagement funktioniert und warum es f\u00fcr ein modernes Event eigentlich unverzichtbar ist.<\/p>\n<p>Die Zeit, in der die Anmeldungen noch manuell in Excel-Tabellen gepflegt werden, ist vorbei. Bei einer privaten Veranstaltung mag das noch gehen, bei gro\u00dfen, professionellen Events mit einer Vielzahl von Besuchern jedoch nicht. Die Gr\u00fcnde daf\u00fcr sind ganz einfach:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Ein manuelles Teilnehmermanagement verschlingt jede Menge an zeitlichen Ressourcen. Mails m\u00fcssen im Blick behalten werden und hunderte bzw. tausende Daten m\u00fchselig eingepflegt werden. Hat jemand eine \u00c4nderung oder sagt ab, f\u00e4llt ebenfalls Arbeit an. Eine Bearbeitung mit mehreren Personen ist zudem schwierig.<\/li>\n<li>Die Fehlerquote: Denn \u00fcberall, wo der Mensch manuell eingreift, k\u00f6nnen Fehler entstehen, die vor Ort bei der Veranstaltung selbst zu unn\u00f6tigen Problemen f\u00fchren.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Die L\u00f6sung: Ein digitales Teilnehmermanagement\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Wir bei livewelt haben daher auf Basis unserer Erfahrungen ein digitales Teilnehmermanagement entwickelt. Die Anmeldung erfolgt dabei komplett \u00fcber eine Online-Plattform. Im Kundenbereich, dem sogenannten Frontend, k\u00f6nnen die G\u00e4ste nicht nur ihre pers\u00f6nlichen Daten selbst einpflegen, sie erhalten zudem alle wichtigen Informationen zum Event noch einmal automatisiert per E-Mail inkl. Reminder kurz vor der Veranstaltung.<\/p>\n<p>Die Datenfelder f\u00fcr die Anmeldung sind frei konfigurierbar und lassen sich f\u00fcr jede Veranstaltung individuell anpassen. Vorhandene Personendaten k\u00f6nnen zudem unkompliziert importiert werden. Auf diese Weise ist auch eine eindeutige Identifikation und Anmeldeberechtigung, beispielsweise anhand der Personalnummer, m\u00f6glich. Bei einem internationalen Publikum kann der Prozess selbstverst\u00e4ndlich auch in mehreren Sprachen erfolgen, um die Barriere f\u00fcr die G\u00e4ste so klein wie m\u00f6glich zu gestalten. Und das auf Basis einer geo-spezifischen Ausspielung der Webinhalte.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Aktuelle Teilnehmerlisten in Echtzeit<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Mit dem digitalen Teilnehmermanagement k\u00f6nnen Veranstalter und Eventagenturen jederzeit auf die aktuelle Teilnehmerliste zugreifen. Diese wird in Echtzeit aktualisiert, ist \u00fcber den Browser abrufbar und erleichtert gleichzeitig die Event-Planung. Auch sp\u00e4tere Absagen k\u00f6nnen von den Teilnehmern selbst an das System \u00fcbergeben werden.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Die Vorteile am Veranstaltungstag<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Auch am Tag der Veranstaltung spielt unser digitales Teilnehmermanagement seine St\u00e4rken voll aus. Das Check-in der G\u00e4ste erfolgt deutlich schneller und reibungsloser.
