Vonovia SE is the result of the merger of Deutsche Annington and GAGFAH. Both companies have their historical origins in social "factory housing" and manage approx. 370,000 apartments throughout Germany, which are home to around one million people. The merger of the two companies has made Vonovia the market leader in Germany and also the first housing company to be included in the DAX-30 index.
With a view to the joint entrepreneurial orientation in the future, a joint conference event brings the managers of both companies on a common course and strengthens cohesion in the long term. An incentive measure promotes the motivation and willingness to perform of the participating employees in the long term.
Conference contents are given their own space and are loosened up and consolidated by joint activities, and identification with the company is intensively promoted by the shared experience.
