Capturing legends in images

Deutsche Telekom, Europe's largest telecommunications company with well over 200,000 employees and annual revenues of almost 70 billion euros, was involved in professional cycling as a sponsor from 1991 to 2007, with Team T-Mobile (formerly Team Telekom) achieving its greatest successes through the performances of Bjarne Riis, Jan Ullrich and Eric Zabel in the Tour de France.

Creative director Kai Stuht accompanied the Tour de France 2005 as the first and only "embedded correspondent" in the T-Mobile Cycling Team. The photo series was published by "Stern" and "Le Equipe". In addition, in 2005 and 2006 the entire T-Mobile Team was photographed for press purposes and their T-Mobile Team Magazine.
